Research Findings

Merchants were juggling multiple systems to track disputes, monitor deadlines, and gather supporting evidence. The result was lost context, missed opportunities, and limited visibility into case status.

Concept Development

A key insight helped shape the product strategy: winning more disputes isn't about working every case.

It's about quickly identifying which cases are worth pursuing and acting on them at scale. Early navigation concepts and wireframes brought the vision to life.

Design
